The apartment is very light, comfortable and beautifully furnished with a/c and heating. It has a secure parking space and access to the garden and communal pool. The roof terrace is perfect or summer dinners or for sunbathing. The apartment is ideal for a comfortable holiday (with or without children) down to last detail. It is located by the sea and only 400 m from Estanys beach, within the nature protection region of Es Trenc. Both the supermarket and a few restaurants are located nearby (Restaurante Casa Antonio around the corner). You can go on beautiful excursions on foot from here, or go by bicycle or car. We particularly recommend the excursion to the island of Cabrera (national park).

The "Colonia de Sant Jordi" is a former fishing harbour in the region of "Sas Salines". Currently, it has become a residential and holiday region. The colony is located in a wide nature reserve area. Here you will find white, fine sand beaches with the cleanest waters of Majorca - they can be reached on foot. There are salt factories from the Roman times that are still in operation. The environment is relatively flat and full of typical windmills. From the Colonia de Sant Jordi harbour, excursion boats go daily to and from the island of Carera.

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von den Vermietern ausgesprochen nett empfangen und fühlten uns vom ersten Augenblick in dem schön eingerichteten, geräumigen und hellen Appartement sehr wohl. Insbesondere die Möglichkeit, sowohl auf dem Balkon (mit Markise) als auch auf der großen sonnigen Dachterrasse mit Meerblick (!) relaxen zu können, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Die Ruhe auf der Dachterrasse wird beeinträchtigt, wenn die Klimaanlage der Nachbarn läuft (sonst hätten wir ein "ausgezeichnet" vergeben).
Unsere Kinder (9 und 11 Jahre) liebten den im Hof gelegenen Swimmingpool, auf den wir von Balkon und Küche aus blicken konnten. Die Ausstattung des Appartements – insbesondere der Küche – war perfekt: Es fehlte uns an Nichts.
Das Appartement liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Wenige Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich eine (belebte) „Einkaufs- und Gastronomie-Meile“. Der wunderbare Stand „Es Trenc“ sowie die Promenade am Hafen und Stadtstrand von Colonia St. Jordi sind ungefähr in 20 bis 30 Gehminuten erreichbar.
Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und werden ganz sicher wieder kommen.
