Beautiful apartment 200 meters away from Lake Scharmutzelsse in a historic villa which is part of the original Bauhaus ensemble of Bad Saarow. The apartment is located on the first floor, has a separate entrance and a large roof terrace overlooking the park promenade. The apartment has light from 4 sides. Only 3 minutes walking distance to Bad Saarow's train station from where you can get within 50 minutes to New Berlin Hauptbahnhof in heart of Berlin's parliament district.

Bei allem Verständnis für geschönte Angaben: Würde man eine FeWo mieten, in deren Erdgeschoss sich ein Restaurant mit Außengastronomie befindet, an deren Hof ein Kindergarten angrenzt únd deren Nebenhaus kernsaniert wird (Sommer 09) ? All das wurde mit keinem Wort erwähnt. Ich jedenfalls hätte diese Wohnung trotz ihrer unbestreitbaren anderen Vorzüge nie und nimmer gemietet.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist hell und hat eine traumhafte Stimmung. Sie ist toll ausgestattet und pikobello sauber bis jede Ecke. Uns hat besonders die große private Dachterrasse gefallen. Auch der Vermieter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Wir werden sicherlich Stammgäste und kommen wieder.
