Villa Ulika was built in an authentic Mediterranean style in the village Stinjan near Puntizela. Puntizela represents a bridge connecting two very attractive touristy destinations, Pula and Brijuni National Park islands. The closest islands Kozada and Jerolim are located only 800 meters from Puntizela. The area is characterized by mediterranean climate with warm sunny summers and mild winters, having 2500 sunny hours a year. It is suitable for vacations during the whole year and relaxation with a long summer period for bathing in the sea.

Each apartment is for 4 people and it has a double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen and dining room. Before each apartment has a large terrace with garden furniture, garden and barbeque.
