Exclusive holiday house, detached and quiet, with a stunning view over the hill. It is about 1.5 km to the beach and 3.5 to the city Vieste. The house has a surface of 125 m2 and can sleep up to 8 people. It is composed of 3 bedrooms - 2 double beds, 1 bunk bed and a double sleeper sofa in the hall - a kitchen/living room with open fireplace, a bathroom, a vestibule, a storage room and a 65 m2 large roof terrace. Parking space available next to the house. The 840 m2 large piece of land is surrounded by a fenced garden with palm and olive trees. The house is fully equipped with washing machine, central heating and Sat TV. It is thus ideal for holiday during the transitional period or for winter escapes. Only bed linens, tea and kitchen towels have to be brought along. Arrival and departure can occur on any day.

Located in Vieste area with its picturesque coast, with large and smaller bays, rock arches and caves, the Garagano Peninsula reveals itself as the most beautiful coastal part of the whole Adria region, and with the countless unspoiled woods and mountains of the Foreste Umbra National Park it surely belongs to Italy’s most beautiful and diversified regions. The sandy beaches and the aqua water are ideal for swimming, snorkeling, wind surfing, etc. The Foreste Umbra, cooler, is a real paradise for hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers (orchids). Vieste and its nested white houses lies 40 m above sea level. The old city with its countless winding stairs, boutiques and restaurants invites you to stroll and explore. Boat excursions are possible from the harbour of Vieste to the caves or the Tremiti Islands. Alternatively you can also buy daily freshly caught fish and mussels, etc.
