This nice apartment with balcony and view to the 'Gosaukamm'-mountains (53 m²) offers enough space for 4 persons. The kitchen is equipped with stove, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. There is a sleeping room with double bed; the couch in the living room can be transformed into a double bed, too. In the living room there is also SAT-TV and a video-recorder. In winter the apartment is situated near the cross-country and the alpine slopes, there is a free ski bus service in front of the house that takes you to the skiing area in 3 minutes, moreover the indoor-pool, post-office, shops and restaurants are just a little walk away. You can even leave your car in front of the house all the week if you want. In summer Gosau is ideal for hikers and Moutainbikers, the 'Gosau-lake' is a little fresh but suited for bathing, an electro-boat-ride and especially diving.

Die Küche ist alles andere als gut,
mann kann den Backofen überhaubt nicht gebrauchen,
da er vom Kühlschrank zugestelt ist,
In den Betten Schlafen ist das aller schlimpste,
den die Matratzen hatten mal einen guten Schlaf gebracht,
mann hold sich nur blaue flecken,
Kontackt zum Vermieter nur über Nachbarn,
Owner's Response: Es tut mir leid, dass o.g. Gast mit seinem Aufenthalt nicht zufrieden war.
Dass es sich um ein ganz normales Bett handelt, ist auf dem Foto ersichtlich. Jeder schätzt eine andere Matratzenqualität, blaue Flecke hat sich bisher niemand geholt.
Es ist richtig, dass das Backrohr nicht ganz geöffnet werden kann. Die Einrichtung der Küche passt sich dem kleinen Raum an, das Backrohr kann jedenfalls weit genug geöffnet werden, dass der Inhalt hinein- und herausgegeben werden kann. Ansonsten ist die Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und sämtlichen Küchengeräten gut ausgestattet.
Es handelt sich um eine ordentlich eingerichtete Wohnung mit gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.
Dass der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter nur über Nachbarn möglich ist, ist im Zeitalter des Handys unrichtig, es haben auch mehrere Kontakte per e-mail und Handy stattgefunden. Dass ich nun mal in Linz lebe und nicht in Gosau lässt sich nicht ändern.In Gosau sind meine Tante und mein Onkel aber jederzeit erreichbar und kommen auch persönlich vorbei, es handelt sich nicht um Nachbarn.
