The house was built by famous Italian architect in very nice, peaceful location, surrounded by property of 7000 m² full of olive trees, pines, cypress, figs, bay leaves etc.. Has private road access, although the nearest village is 700ms far and sea 4000ms. House has separate terraces with panoramic view of the sea, city of Viareggio, La Spezia and Alpi Apuani hills. The lounge and two bedrooms /one with double bed, another with two separate beds/ have direct access to the main terrace and garden, on half level you will find the kitchen, bathroom, the third bedroom /one double and one single bed / with second bathroom, all leading to the garden. The house has been recently renovated, with all comforts – air-conditioning, alarm system, satellite TV, safes, fireplace… The main terrace faces towards the south-west. It has a big dining area + barbecue (for 8 ppl) with a carrara marble table hidden under a nice 'pergolato' with exceptional view over the olive trees on the day/night sunset.

This house is in the central position of beautiful Versilia sea resorts like Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, historical and beautiful cities like Lucca, Firenze, Pisa, Siena, Pietrasanta, San Gemignano, Portovenere, La Spezia, Genova or '5' terre in Liguria and many small medieval villages in the Apuan Alps. Everywhere you will find excellent restaurants with traditional food and wines. The house is in complete privacy and still a 10 minute walking distance from the nearby village full of shops or a 10 minute drive to the sea. The house has a very good access road and enough parking space. In our house you will feel the real Toscana spirit.
