The apartment with an independent entrance is located on the ground floor of our single family home. My husband, my grown sun and I live on the top floor and are easy to reach discretely if needed. The house is in a peaceful and sunny location on a soft hill about 170 m above sea level and from its comfortable terrace, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the fine sand beaches of the Tyrrhenian Sea and the islands of the Tuscan archipelago. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs for 6 people. The holiday apartment can be rented throughout the year with a minimum stay of 2 nights. It is 85 m² large and has a fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace, two bedrooms (1 with a king size bed and 1 three-bed room), an anteroom with a sofa, a chair and a table with a TV, a bathroom with a storage room and a bathroom with a bathtub with a shower and WC.

With its wave-like hills, vineyards and olive groves, villages, historical villas and hospitable people, Tuscany offers a beautiful landscape during every season. The Versilia stretches out over a surface of about 160 km² between the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Apuan Alps. It is not only popular for the beautiful and sandy beaches that stretch our for more than 20 km: from Forte Dei Marmi to Viareggion, past the Marina di Pietrasanta and Lido di Camaiore, the coast offers all ingredients for a sophisticated holiday with art and culture. All famous coastal cities can be easily reached: Florence (96 km), Pisa (45 km) and Lucca (25 km). The beautiful Gulf of Poets, which belongs to Liguria, ends the natural coastal arch. Here the coastal landscape changes: steep cliffs falling into the sea like in the nearby Cinque Terre offers a different, enchanting natural play.

Ruhige Wohnung mit herrlicher Terasse

Sehr saubere Wohnung mit großer, perfekt ausgestatteter Küche, 2 Schlafzimmern und nur kleinem Wohnzimmer, was allerdings nicht stört, da sich bei schönem Wetter das Leben auf der wunderschönen Terrasse abspielt. Frühstück unter Orangenbäumen mit Blick auf Meer und Flachland ... - wir haben es sehr genossen.
Außerordentlich freundliche Vermieter, Verständigung über den englisch-sprechenden Sohn.
Unkomplizierte Buchung und "technische" Abwicklung über eine sehr nette deutschsprachige Mitbetreuerin.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children

Ordentliche Wohnung mittleren Standards, großes Schlafzimmer, im Sommer allerdings recht warm, tolle Terrasse mit schönem Blick, für italienische Verhältnisse eher geringer Straßenverkehr.
2. Schlafzimmer recht klein, eher für 1 als für 2 oder gar 3 Erwachsene, mit 3 kleineren Kindern noch o.k. Nette, ruhige ordentliche Vermieter. Deutschsprachige Mitbetreuung durch freundliche und kompetente dritte Person, Vermieter sprechen kein Deutsch od. Englisch, der erwachsene Sohn etwas Englisch. Entfernung zum Meer (Viareggio) und ins wunderschöne Lucca nicht zu groß.
Kleiner Ort ohne Einkaufsmöglichkeit, aber Alles in Massarosa verfügbar. Summa summarum positive Erfahrungen.
