The well-kept, newly renovated, detached holiday home offers space for 5 people. The living space amounts to 83 m². On the 900 m² property with a beautiful garden and old trees, different terraces invite you to sunbathe and relax. In addition to a large, covered terrace with a sea view, there are two double bedrooms, a friendly living room and modern furnished built-in kitchen and bathroom with a shower. The house has SAT-TV, central heating, washing machine and garage Both beaches and the city with a lot of shopping facilities are only a 5 minute drive away. Public swimming pools, tennis courts and restaurants are located nearby. Pets are not desired.

Enjoy the diverse landscape around Calpe with its wide vineyards, orange, almond and olive plantations. In the small villages of the back country (Jalon - Parcent) about 10 km away, you should let yourself be pampered by good wine and the exquisite cuisine.
