Generous modern villa at Cala d'Or, in southeast of Majorca. Quiet neighbourhood, right next to a sandy beach and near to lots of wonderful beaches. Large, partly covered patio with BBQ, outdoor dining area and direct access to swimming pool and big lawn. Near to lots of restaurants, bars and shops, and only 5 minutes by car to the centre of Cala d'Or. Cala d'Or is well-known for its exclusive yacht harbour, its many boutiques, restaurants and active night life. It’s less than 15 minutes by car to the 18 hole golf course Vall d'Or.

This villa is in Cala d'Or and only 2 minutes on foot away from the sandy beach. The south-eastern part of the island is noted for its many lovely, less-visited beaches such as Cala Mondragó with its adjacent nature park. All beaches are child and swimmer-friendly and many of them offer various watersports. Nearby there are also various tourist attractions such as the monastery of San Salvador, Castle Santueri and numerous villages with weekly markets. You should also visit the caves of Porto Cristo or Artá and a day trip to Palma is well worth it.
