A stunningly located luxury villa with 230 m² of living space for 10 people in a private residential complex by Tossa de Mar, here you can enjoy an unspoilt view of the sea (about 400m linear distance) from 4 of the 5 bedrooms. The large kitchen is equipped with everything imaginable, 2 living rooms have a fireplace, billiard table, bar and modern entertainment electronics - everything to feel comfortable. The property is 3200 m². You can relax at one of the many sunny and shaded areas, at the flood-lit sport court for athletic activities or you can enjoy the sea view from the pool, the grilling space with a water connection and sink will excite you, additional 130m² of balconies and patios offer additional privacy to everyone. This is a non-smoking house. We ask you not to bring pets. The complex is under surveillance and has a fence; the private beach is very well-kept and offers additional water sport options as well as restaurants.

The private residential complex has grown over the decades and integrates itself harmonically into the nature. A guarded entrance offers safety and privacy. The beach can only be used by the residents at the complex. You will live between Tossa de Mar and Lloret de Mar. Tossa de Mar with its historical old city is seen as one of the most beautiful locations on the Costa Brava, there are no construction sites, the restaurants offer good regional food at fair prices, daily excursions with boats are offered to numerous cities and idyllic bays. The coast is diverse and offers breathtaking views. Athletic activities (golf, horseback riding, all water sport options, swimming) and recreational options in the evening are available for every taste. Those interested in culture can visit Gerona or the Dali-museum in Figueras. The cosmopolitan city of Barcelona is 85 km away and is can easily be reached by train. We recommend daily excursions to Andorra and the Pyrenees.

Arrival options: The Girona airport is flown to from the cheap airline Ryanair.com from multiple German cities. It is 38 km from the vacation villa. All international car renters are present at the airport. It is also possible to get to the house with a bus from the airport. 4 vehicles can be parked on the property. The Barcelona airport is also easy to reach with public transportation. If you arrive with a car, you will only have to stay on the highway until you almost reach your destination. We will send you a detailed arrival description with your rental documents.

Recommendations: The house has been rented for 7 years. It is often re-booked by frequent guests. If you would like, we would love to offer you the change to contact former renters and find out their evaluation. The house is more than a rental object. It is also often used by the owners and thus has a very lovely and personal style.

Additional information: Tossa de Mar is located on southern Costa Brava, about 100 km from the French border. A lot of activities are available according to the season. The mild autumn and winter make it possible for you to play golf on the stunningly located courses. As a skier, you can experience the Pyrenees and at the same time enjoy a view of the sea. Barcelona, with its many attractions and the flair of a prospering world city, is worth visiting throughout the year. The winter sun makes it possible for you to sunbathe on the beach or by the house. The central oil heating and the fireplace give the house a cozy wellness-atmosphere.
