You will rent a bungalow within a huge garden (2400sqm) with old trees, about 500m from the lake Markkleeberg. The size of the house is about 60sqm, and it offers space for a maximum of 4adults plus3 children in 2 bedrooms. The kitchen opens to an eating/living area with a fireplace. On the huge terrace to the west you will enjoy a splendid view over the garden and beautiful sun settings. The winter garden to the south offers comfort on rainy days or morning sun for breakfast. Several seats, lawn chairs, a fire place, hammock, swing, monkey bars, sand table, 3 sheep in a paddock in the garden wait for you and your children. Carport and parking place at the house. Bicycle and inliner tours can be started directly at the house, the centre of Leipzig is about 15 minutes by car. Ideal for families and sportsmen who want to enjoy active holidays.

Notes: The house is about 30 years old and not perfect, but it is renovated with much love. It is a perfect place for families. There is no central heating in the bungalo, but there are radiators for every room and the fireplace makes a cosy warmth. The garden is completely fenced , children can safely run around without being endangered by cars. A swing, monkey bar, sand t ablefor children, toys for inside and outside. Books and children books. Various fruits (apple, pears, cherry, plums, blackberries) can be picked in the garden free of charge.

Activities: You can start your inliner or bicycle tours directly at the house. The beach of lake Markkleeberg is in a distance of about 500m and very shallow - small kids can play easily under supervision of their parents in the water. The wildwater parc is in a distance of 1000m, boats, canoes and bycicles can be locked up in a shed at the bungalow.

Das kunterbunte Pipi-Langstrumpf Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, bietet super viel Platz und bietet alles was man zu Hause nicht missen möchte. Der Garten ist ein Traum, besonders die Tiere sind super für die Kinder - mal im Garten mit dem Schaf spazieren gehen, morgendlicher Guten-Morgen-Gruß . nette Urlaubsritualle, an welche die Kinder sich noch lange Zeit erinnern werden. Die Ruhe ist unglaublich und trotzdem nah zum aktiv sein mit radeln, schwimmen und Co. Einkaufen und die Stadt sind auch gut und schnell per Auto zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, halten tolle Tips bereit und sind auch direkt vor Ort, sollte doch mal etwas sein.
Wir werden auf alle Fälle im nöchsten Sommer wieder kommen udn freuen uns schon darauf !

Wer haette das gedacht, dass man im ehemaligen Tagebau eines Tages Urlaub machen kann? Im Kunterbunten Haus zwischen Markkleeberger und Stoermthaler See, mitten im Leipziger Neuseenland, geht das sehr gut. Die Unterkunft bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten zum Schlafen, Essen und Ausruhen. Dazu gehoeren 2 Schlafzimmer, Bad, vollausgestattete Kueche, Kamin, angebauter Wintergarten, Terasse, Garten mit Grill und mehreren Gartenmoebeln. Fuer jedes Wetter gibt es hier den passenden Ort.
In der Umgebung kann man baden oder andere Wassersportaktivitaeten nutzen, Fahrrad fahren, spazieren gehen. Das Neuseenland ist noch nicht fertig und so kann man bei relativ geringen Touristenaufkommen den fortlaufenden Wandel der Region miterleben und schon eine Vielzahl von Freizeiteinrichtungen nutzen.
Der Vermieter haelt dazu eine Fuelle von Informationen bereit, die einen mehrwoechigen Aufenthalt rechtfertigen wuerden.
Das Ferienhaus selbst ist zwar nicht neuester Bauart aber dennoch gepflegt, sauber und schoen bunt. Wie schon oben beschrieben, laesst die Ausstattung keine Wuensche offen. Ein Urlaub im Neuseenland ist sicher auch in den naechsten Jahren unbedingt empfehlenswert.
