The 200 sqm, semidetached large house is situated in the Florida Keys near Marathon. The house on the peninsula of Key is located at Colony Beach by Mile Marker 53, directly by canal (the canal starts only 100m away). The Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean can both be reached within few minutes by boat! Guests are allowed to use the beach club 'Cabana Club' with swimming pool and fine sandy beach. There is a small municipal beach park 'Sunsetpark' and a small golf course. A larger golf course and two longer beaches, that belong to the most beautiful beaches of the Keys can be reached reach within a few minute drive. There is a tropical coral reef by the coast! The most lovely reef of the USA is situated in front of Big Pine Key (half an hour). Enjoy the crystal clear water, that makes diving and snorkeling to an experience. You can't find this in Southwest Florida, but only on the Keys.

Key Colony Beach is located in the Middle Keys near Marathon and is totally surrounded by water. You can find shopping facilities and sport offers in the nearby city Marathon. In Key Colony there is a small golf course, boat rentals, beach club and a public park with a small sandy beach.
