The holiday home is located in a peaceful location in the urbanisation Dalt de Sa Rapita in the harbour city Sa Rapita on the southern coast of Majorca on the western end of one of the most beautiful, intact beaches of Majorca, the 7 km long Es Trenc beach between Sa Rapita and Colonia St. Jordi. The 105 m² house offers space for four adults and two children with its three bedrooms, living room and open kitchen and two bathrooms. The house is particularly ideal for smaller guests. families with children up to 12 years of age will live the equipment in the children's room with games and books. 2 cribs and a high chair are available free of charge. The terrace and the garden with its shade providing trees and its lawn areas invite you to play, sunbathe and BBQ. In the sport club of the urbanisation about 300 m away you ca use the pool facilities and tennis and paddle places for a minimum fee.

From the Palma airport, the drive to Sa Rapita by car takes about 35 minutes. The holiday home is located in a peaceful location in the urbanisation Dalt de Sa Rapita in the harbour city of Sa Rapita, about 1.3 km from the beach and marina of Sa Rapita. The beach offers the perfect starting point for a lot of water sport activities like windsurfing or sailing, but also invites you to go on long walks or to play ball sports. Sunbathing, build sand castles or dinner in the restaurant in the yacht club are also possible. Excursions nearby lead to Cura in Randa and Ermita de Sant Salvador by Felanitxor to Ermita de Bonanybei Vilafrance and to Cap de Ses Salines. Palma can be reached in about 35 min. over the highway and offers a lot of options through its rich cultural program - also on rainy days.

Wer über das Internet eine Buchung vornimmt, weiss nie so recht, was einen tatsächlich vor Ort erwartet. Ist die Beschreibung hochgegriffen? Sind die Fotos geschönt? Ist das Haus gepflegt oder schmudelig? etc.
Bei diesem Haus stimmt die Beschreibung genau mit der Situation vor Ort überein und die abgebildeten Fotos könnten unsere selbst gemachten Urlaubsfotos sein.
Wir wurden vor Ort freundlich in Empfang genommen und freuten uns darüber, dass das Haus genau so sauber und gepflegt ist, wie wir das von den Fotos her erwarten durften.
Unsere Kinder waren sofort begeistert von den umsichtig zur Verfügung gestellten Spielsachen und fühlten sich im Haus und dem freundlich gestalteten Garten gleich pudelwohl. So fanden auch wir Eltern für uns genügend Zeit, um uns rundum entspannen und erholen zu können. Sa Rapita ist ideal gelegen, um die vielen Ausflugsziele der Insel effizient zu erreichen. Der nahe gelegene Strand Es Trenc ladet natürlich zum Baden ein, kann unserer Ansicht nach aber noch von den vielen kleinen Buchten im Südosten der Insel getopt werden. Für Abwechslung ist jedenfalls gesorgt.
Alles in allem ernöglichte uns das schöngelegene Feriendomiziel in ruhiger Umgebung unbeschwerte, erholsame Ferien, weshalb wir es mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen dürfen.

Schönes Haus, ideal mit allem, was eine Familie mit drei kleinen Kindern so braucht (Kindergeschirr, Spielzeug etc.). Großer Garten, super zum Fußball spielen. Liegt schön ruhig. Aber Auto ist wichtig, der Strand kann nur von Erwachsenen zu Fuß erreicht werden!
