The family-friendly 120 m² apartment for a big family or a group. 40 m² living room, seating area, satellite TV, dinette, kitchen complete with cooker, oven, dishwasher. Two bathrooms, washing machine, bidet. The 40 m² sun terrace has 2 tables, 6 chairs and 2 sun beds. The area of Playa San Juan is located between Los Amerika and Gigantes and is a fishing town that has slowly started attracting tourism. A long sea promenade is great for taking walks on. You can plan hiking tours or other kinds of tour from here. There is a golf course at the edge of town. Supermarkets are about 5 min away and restaurants and cafes are available. There are two local diving schools.

Playa San Juan, the smallest coastal town in the south west of Tenerife is still considered an insider tip. It is half an hour by car from the southern airport, you can really discover the original Tenerife. The Canarian lifestyle is still around in Playa San Juan. Even foreigners who come here can become friends. You can really let the landscape and ocean really have an effect on you. Far off the beaten track between the Teide and the ocean. Our 110 m² apartment has 4 rooms and a wonderful 40 m² sun terrace. The living room is 40 m² and has an eat-in kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This apartment is suitable for 6-7 people. It is located on a quiet side street and is about 250 m from the ocean. The supermarket is only 3-5 min away. It is about 500 m to the beach, which was recently re-surfaced, it is now a sand beach.
