Sa Domixedda is a small, very well furnished holiday home in the best villa area. The 5 star hotel le Meridien with its diverse events, restaurants, bars, shops is only a 10 minute walk away. Through a path, you can reach the beaches. By car, a lot of other bays and beautiful beaches can be reached. In Chia you will find restaurants and pizzerias. From the roof deck, you can enjoy breakfast or other meals with a wonderful view of the sea, the lagoons and the flamingos. 15 km from Chia is the lively holiday resort Pula with the Roman excavations in Nora.   • Electricity consumption according to reader, to be seen by the tenant. Complete sheets per week € 100, final cleaning € 100. Security deposit: € 500, cash upon rental begin.
  • The given rental prices are for a booking with 2 adults and 2 children under 18 years of age. For 3 or 4 adults, a fee of € 50 per day and person will be charged. The exact booking of the house is to be given to the landlord at latest one week before the rental begin. The maximum booking of Sa Domixedda is 4 people. Arrival on booking day after 16:00. Departure before 12:00.
  • Confirmation of the booking after pre-payment of 20% of the rental price. Rest amount to be paid at latest 15 days before rental begin. For cancellations at latest one month before the beginning of the rental, the pre-payment will be paid back. Otherwise, the pre-payment is simply the cancellation fee.
