The elegant and comfortable holiday apartment is located in an individual, lone-standing character villa. The freshly renovated house is about 180m from the sea in a peaceful, residential location with 1- 2- family homes on the western edge of St. Aygulf. The ground floor guest apartment is comfortably furnished in the middle of a beautiful Mediterranean garden with spacious terrace areas, a BBQ house and a comfortable swimming pool. The apartment is ideal for 2 people who value a peaceful, individual and comfortable holiday accommodation. Pets are also welcome. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the closest bay. Smaller shops for daily needs can be reached in about 100m, the lively city centre is about a 10 minute walk away. In St. Aygulf all types of water sports are possible like golf, horse riding, tennis, cycling and mountain hiking.

Beautiful green garden with pine trees and eucalyptus trees are the emblems of the city of St. Aygulf. The lively resort is surrounded by pine forests and thanks to its geographic location, the climate and the swimming options, it is the highlight on the Cotes des Maures. The large capitol of St. Aygulf is near the nature protection region of Etangs de Villepey and the long beach that connects to this. To the west, small rough sand bays alternate with cliffs. To the east, St. Aygulf presents countless bays and the fine sand main beach with a flat transition into the water, which goes for 3 km to Frejus.

Von dieser kleinen aber feinen Unterkunft in St Aygulf waren wir angenehm überrascht. Die Raeumlichkeiten des 1-ZImmer-Appartments sind ausreichend und sauber.

Das Highlight ist sicher der sehr schön angelegte Garten mit Swimming-Pool. Das Fruehstueck auf der Terrasse ist wirklich ein Genuss.Von der Straßenseite besteht guter Sichtschutz, daher fuehlt man sich in dieser privaten Atmosphäre sehr wohl - wir kommen gerne wieder.
