The area surrounding the apartment provides a myriad of exciting pubs, restaurants and shops to explore, not often frequented by tourists. Business and leisure travellers alike will appreciate the home's peaceful environment, beautiful designed interiors and the delightful private terraced garden. The apartment overlooks the green courtyards of the residential complex: outside, a vibrant 'dolce vita'. Inside, quiet and silence. Casa Alice is situated right in the heart of San Lorenzo, one of Rome’s coziest and liveliest quarters. close to Termini central railway station and the University area. San Lorenzo is one of liveliest districts in Rome, with its array of pubs, restaurants and diners. Two important roman Gates are located here. Tiburtina Gate, from which begins the ancient Tiburtina road and Porta Maggiore Gate from which starts Casilina and Prenestina roads. Several roman aqueducs joined to this last monumental Gate. The romanic San Lorenzo Basilica, with its large Verano Square, have been damaged in the 1942, during the 2nd world war. Inside this church, the Emperor Costantino acknowledged the importance of Catholic religion during the Roman Empire.

Very nice apartment, very modern and clean. Everything you need. Location is very good near the termini for transport to all locations. Recomended to get travel pass you can get one for 3 days or for a week you can use it on the trams trains buses. Owner very nice and helpfull highly recomended.

the interior of the apartment is very nicely designed, very modern and full of amenities. The owner also is very nice and helpful! Location wise, once you got the hang of navigating Rome's bus system, it will be easy to get everywhere

The minor thing, it might be easier to take a cab to the apartment from Termini instead of bus, as the bus stop is quite far.

we stayed at casa alice for 4 nights its in a wonderful position close to all transport links to the sights of rome.the appartment was imaculate with a wonderful outside terrace on which we enjoyed our breakfast and at the end of a busy day a glass of wine.access to the appartment was as arranged with the owner on time and all my enquiries were answered quickly by e-mail from katharina .thank you once again for a wonderful stay .sharon and ian .uk

Schöne Wohnung + ruhige Lage

Eine moderne, nette Unterkunft. Die Tram 3 (Collosseum) und 19 (fährt u.a. bis zum Vatikan) sind in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Zur Buslinie 71 sind es ca. 5 Minuten. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und Federico spricht sehr gut deutsch.
Man sollte sich den "Roma Pass" besorgen - wir mußten damit am Collosseum nicht warten. Es gibt ein Doppelbett und ein Sofa. Das Sofa kann man ausklappen und man findet dort eine Matratze. Die sollte man direkt auf den Fußboden legen - das Schlafen ist dann bequem. Je nach Körpergröße ist die Wohnung dann eher für 3 Personen geeignet. Sonst aber sehr empfehlenswert !

Die hübsche, kleine Maisonette-Wohnung mit Terrasse ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen und verhältnissmässig ruhig. Frederico ist sehr nett und spricht mehrere Sprachen fließend. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung zu zweit sehr wohl gefühlt (mehr Personen sind nicht empfehlenswert).
