The vacation rental -The Berghof is in a unique position on the sunny side of the valley, pastures there are about 3 km to the nearest ski lift Grossarltal and provides space for about 20people in twin beds, beds, sleepingsofa and mattress camp. Thanks to the good public road cleared, it can be up to the house with the car. The house is heated with oil heating and 2 wood stoves. The house has about 250 m², divided into cellar with ski room, 2 double rooms and washingroom with washing machine. Ground floor: the entrance area of the stairs, kitchen with sittingcorner for 8 people, diningroom with place for 12 people, Sat TV; Triple room, a shower and a bath. 1 Floor: 3 doubles and 1 triple room, bathroom with shower and basin, separate toilett, Mansarde: mattress camp under the roof for aprox. 6 people, about 1,5 km to the skibus, Grossarl is the valley of pastures. Skiaera Grossarltal and Dorfgastein.
