An old Breton farmhouse, completely renovated in 2004, in a peaceful location somewhat outside of the city. You will have a stunning sea view from nearly all rooms, the terrace and the garden. The beach is only about 600m away, the city centre with its shops, restaurants, bistros about 4 km. The house is very tastefully furnished with well-kept furniture. In the 50 m² living room you will find cosy upholstered seats and a large dining table. The floors on the ground floor are tiled, in the bedrooms you will find primarily wood floors. The garden is about 1000 m² large and beautifully designed.

Plouguerneau is a medium-sized Breton city somewhat north of the city of Brest in a scenic, beautiful environment. The Aber Wrac'h is not far away and here you will find beautiful beaches and bizarre rock formations. Those who enjoy water sports, long walks or hikes in beautiful nature or would like to visit cultural sites and beautiful cities are just right here. The interesting harbour city of Brest can be reached within a half hour by car. Here you can go on nice shopping tours or visit the harbour and the Oceanopolis. You can also shop well in Plougerneau.
