An old farmhouse made of granite and beautifully renovated in a peaceful location on the edge of town in the nice small city of Lilia. The beautiful beaches of Lilia are only 500m away, along with the shopping facilities, bistros and restaurants in the city. The house has an enclosed property. It is equipped with well-kept furniture in the style of the house. In front of the fireplace you will find a cosy three-piece suite. The bedrooms are on the first floor of the house.

Plouguerneau is a medium-sized Breton city somewhat north of the city of Brest in a scenic, beautiful environment. The Aber Wrac'h is not far away and here you will find beautiful beaches and bizarre rock formations. Those who enjoy water sports, long walks or hikes in beautiful nature or would like to visit cultural sites and beautiful cities are just right here. The interesting harbour city of Brest can be reached within a half hour by car. Here you can go on nice shopping tours or visit the harbour and the Oceanopolis. You can also shop well in Plougerneau and in the district of Lilia - this is where the house is located.
