Very beautiful and peacefully located holiday home with about 310m² living space and a 1900 property so that there is a lot of space for children to play. The sun terraces are equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers, the pool is 5x4m. Four double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a shower/bathtub are available, along with a guest toilet, an American kitchen with a dishwasher and a large living/dining room with SAT/TV and a fireplace. A separate utility room is also available. About a 5min drive to the beach and to the closest shopping facilities.

The villa is located in a peaceful urbanisation, paired with a fantastic view into the green and of the Mediterranean Sea. Small romantic bays can be reached on foot and the beaches are just a few minutes away by car. But there is also a lot for young people, for example, there is an amusement park nearby or it is a 20min drive to Benidorm where there is something going on at all times.

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in dieser schönen Villa, Ausstattung, Lage, Ruhe, Aussicht und der wunderschöne Garten lassen keine Wünsche übrig. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Schöne Möblierung und eine gut ausgestattete Küche liessen keine Wünsche übrig.
