The holiday area in Franconia: Here you spend your holidays in three holiday regions at the same time: Natural park Spessart & Rhön - Franconian Wine Country. 340 km of bicycle and hiking tracks that just in front of our door. Tie your shoes for a hike into the marvellous low mountain range in between forest, water and vineyards. Who likes to do some sports, you can go by boat, by water ski, do some fishing or go swimming in an indoor or outdoor pool. For sports on land you will find in our garden: table tennis, wall bars, exercise bike and fitness ball. For quiet days we offer plenty of reading or simply relaxing on the terrace with high quality, solid seating possibilities and loungers in house and garden. The apartment is completely equipped with dishwasher, microwave, beds for elderly people (ca. 50 cm height), head & foot part adjustable, hygienic washable duvets, cot, and cable TV. Self-catering, rolls delivery service. If you arrive by train you will be fetched from the station!

Gemünden: historic town, view on the forests of the Spessart /Rhön & the Franconian Saale. During summer the Scherenburg Festivals, Saalemusicum & numerous society feasts invite you to stay. Numerous hiking & biking tracks are good fitness instructors.You can discover the countryside on the water (Franconian Saale) by boat. You can find us: arriving from Würzburg: B 26 direction Fulda till Karlstadt, straight on B 27 Gemünden, direction Schönau. At the end of the city (Ford car repair shop Hotz) on your right side, up the hill, the last street at the forest. From the motorway Frankfurt, exit Hösbach, B 27 till Lohr direction Schönau, from here see above. From the motorway Kassel exit Hammelburg, B 27 Gemünden, from here see above.

Haus in schöner, ruhiger Lage. Sauber. Geeignet für Kinder, Spielplatz und Wald in der direkten Gegend. Guter Service von freundliche Vermieterin.

all meinen Familienmitgliedern hat der Aufenthalt in diesem Haus sehr gut gefallen, wunderschöner großer Balkon auf der Sonnenseite, mit ausreichenden Sonnenschirmen ausgestattet, reizende kleine Stadt, wunderbar für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, tierliebe Vermieter, ausreichend Platz für mehrere Kinder, (für Menschen mit Gehbehinderungen nicht geeignet, da im 1. Stock), ansonsten alles prima!
