The perfect family holiday in the middle of Nice's flower district 500 meters from the beach. Our newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment is located in the flower district, a calm residential area only 500 meters from the beach promenade and Nice's prominent pedestrian district. There are shopping and recreational areas located within 100 meters of the apartment. The apartment is on the third floor, in a building with elevator and contains: Entrance, 2 spacious, quiet bedrooms with room for 4, newly renovated bathroom with shower. Living room with open kitchen - cutlery, TV and radio included, 2 balconies - one facing south, the other a quiet courtyard. Distance to the airport is approx. 6 km.

The surrounding area. Menton, Monaco, Cannes und Saint Tropez is close by. The capital of the Côte d’Azur is famous thanks to its Bay “Baie des Anges” and its wonderful turquoise colour. The area was inhabited at a very early stage due to its advantageous geographical and climatic location. Till 1860 where the city was finally attached to France, it was amongst others Italian territory. Nice is one of the most popular destinations in France, it attracts the whole year visitors from all over the world. Nice and Cannes have a lot of congresses and a very differentiated cultural program. The Carnival in Nice in February is the event that attracts most visitors. Popular is also the flower – and vegetable marked on the “Cours Saleya” in Vieux Nice. So many odours, colours, fresh vegetables and fruit.
