The roof apartment:
The top floor features open hand cut timber from the 18th Century and an extraordinary restoration. You can hear the stream gurgle from your bedroom and you will find a large protected roof terrace with view right into the adjacent forest, 2 wood burning stoves. the large luxurious bathroom features a wonderful steam sauna and is a wonderful place to relax after a good hike or ski tour.

The entire building can be separated into three easy units with their own lockable unit doors. There is the possibility to rent the first two lower floors only, the upper roof floor only or all three floors together. Please inquire for prices and tell us your needs.
Ski:
Cross country skiing can be done directly from the house and the prepared path is easy to walk to. You have access to the local ski area with a gondola called 'Kampenwand' in walking distance of about 3/4 miles. You will find the largest and best equipped ski area called 'Skiwelt' by car via German-Austiran freeway in a 30 minute driving distance without having to pay Austrian freeway fees.
Golf:
There is a golf place about 6 miles away.
