The new apartment house with only 5 dwelling units is located at a central, however calm spot in a side road of Garmisch. Shopping, restaurants and bus stop within a few minutes walking distance. You will find a big comfortable living room with open fireplace, couch set, cable-TV and radio set, cosy dinette. Spacious southwest terrace with sitting furniture and a beautiful vista of mountain panorama. Completely equipped kitchen range with modern cooker, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Sleeping room with double bed and access to the terrace. Sleeping room with two single beds. Bathroom with tub and separate shower and watercloset. Bathroom with shower and watercloset. Large hallway. Storeroom. Central heating - heating ist on throughout the year. Skiroom. Underground garage. No pets allowed.

Great holiday apartment

The apartment was very clean and airy. We loved having breakfast on the terrace every morning and enjoyed the space and the quietness of the surroundings. The supermarkets are only 5 and the town centre is only 10 mins walk away. The apartment had a garage in the basement and also a lift which is handy when travelling with people who are less able to walk. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of new pots and pans, crockery and knives. The dishwasher and the second bathroom were a big plus. Unfortunately the apartment did not have a washing machine but we quickly found out that there was a self service laundrette just 5 minutes walk away. Everything else from ironing board to iron and two hairdryers were provided. It was a shame that the two single beds could not be combined into a double – so less suitable when travelling as two couples. The landlady was very helpful and always reachable. We love Garmisch and we will definitely come back to stay at this apartment.

Die Wohnung ist top gelegen, innerhalb von 7 Gehminuten ist man direkt im Zentrum, Supermarkt direkt vor der Tür, sogar zum Hausberg, wo sich Skiverleih, Seilbahn, Wanderwege und der Loipenstart befinden, sind mein Mann und ich in 25 min zu Fuß gegangen.

Unsere Vermieterin hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und hat in wenigen Worten alles wichtige erklärt. (Sehr angenehem! Sie hat nicht lange ausgeholt, aber es blieb auch keine einzige Frage offen.)
Sie wäre für uns ständig erreichbar gewesen, dieses Angebot mussten wir aber nicht nutzen, da alles perfekt vorbereitet und organisiert gewesen ist.

Das Haus verfügt über Tiefgarage und Fahrstuhl und obwohl wir nicht die einzigen waren, war es mucksmäuschenstill im Haus.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet (nagelneue Küchenmesser und Küchenhelfer, Toaster, Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher, Teekessel, jede Menge Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen...), alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Für den Kamin hatte die Vermieterin eine Fuhre Holz bereit gelegt, den wir allerdings auch nur einmal benutzten, da die Fußbodenheizung völlig reichte.

Bettwäsche, reichlich Handtücher, 2 Haartrockner, Bügeleisen und-brett, Wäschetrockner, Spielesammlung - es war wirklich alles da.

Wir sind absolut begeistert von dieser Wohnung und werden sie auch in Zukunft wieder nehmen.

Zur Bewertung "ausgezeichnet" reichte es nicht ganz, da der Rauchmelder in der Küche direkt über dem Herd angebracht ist und beim starken Braten schon mal anschlug.
