The residential building with only 5 dwelling units is loacated at a central, however calm spot in a side road of Partenkirchen. Shops for the daily shopping and restaurants can easily reached by foot. You will find a big comfortable living room with couch set, cosy dinette in the oriel, kitchen range with modern cooker, dishwasher and coffee machine, cable-TV and radio set. South balcony with balcony furniture and a beautiful vista of mountain panorama with Alpspitze. Sleeping room with double bed and access to the north balcony. Sleeping room with two single beds. Bathroom with tub and separate shower and watercloset. Separate watercloset. Hallway. Central heating - heating ist on throughout the year. Underground garage. No pets.

Im Mai 2009 verbrachten wir 1 Woche in dieser wunderbaren Ferienwohnung mit Komfort , der seinesgleichen sucht.
Ruhig für den erholungssuchenden mit Blick vom Balkon auf die Zugspitze und wieder nah genug um die Stadt in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen.
Ein herzlicher Empfang durch die Vermieterin , die Wohnung top sauber , eine Küche mit Allem ausgestattet und der Gebirgsbach als Hintergrundmusik zum Einschlafen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
