The spacious multiple dwelling with a large garden is located in sunny spot of Garmisch. Spacious comfortable living room with selected rustic furniture, partly antique. Couch set, cosy dinette in the oriel, open fireplace, cable-TV and radio set. Spacious south terrace with sitting furniture and a beautiful vista of mountain panorama. Completely equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Sleeping room with double bed. Sleeping room equipped with bunk beds (also suited for adults - 2 m long). Bathroom with tub and watercloset. Hallway. Separate sleeping room plus shower and watercloset in the basement - access over a private staircase from the living room. Central heating - heating ist on throughout the year. Wash machine and dryer in the basement. Underground garage. Ask if pets can be brought.
