Spring in Italy is full of blossoms and scents. It’s really warm when the sun shines and sunbathing is de rigueur. Absolutely wonderful sunsets can be seen from the terrace. You can feel the resurgence of nature. Belgian 16 KW stove, very easy to use, gives real warmth and is very cosy. Excellent beach paths, trips to mediaeval towns with museums and historic sites, good restaurants. 5 minutes to the pottery village of Montottone with a very good restaurant and Italian coffee bar. 45 sqm living room and kitchen, TV satellite reception. The house is child-friendly; the garden is great for games. Dogs and cats welcome. Quiet roadway, true peace and quiet. Two terraces and loungers at the house. It’s possible to park outside the house. Although you feel secluded, there are neighbours at a pleasant distance. Golf courses nearby.

Ein sympathisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ambiente mit allem, was man urlaubend braucht - sogar Ofenheizung (im Winter wirklich wichtig) - trotz zeitweiligem Schneefall haben wir uns kuschelig wohl gefühlt.
Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig und einsam mit schönem, großem Garten und Terrassen in wunderschöner hügeliger Landschaft.
Es gibt eine Vielzahl an alten Städtchen (auf den Hügeln rundherum), die sehr sehenswert sind.
Wir waren auf literarischer Erkundungsreise des Romans 'Die große Liebe' von Hanns-Joseph Ortheil.
Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich, absolut problemlos und zuverlässig.

Wir waren Ende Oktober dort, haben den Blick genossen, Spaziergänge gemacht, Kräuter gesammelt, gut gegessen in Montottone und konnten auch noch Sonne tanken. Vor allem die langen Strandspaziergänge haben uns gut getan. Die Einrichtung ist einfach und geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt und kommen sicher wieder, vielleicht einmal im Winter, die Öfen wirken so gemütlich.

Wir haben dieses Haus im August /September 2008 gebucht. Als wir ankamen (2 Erw.,4 Kinder) fühlten wir uns sofort wohl. Dieser Ausblick in die Umgebung ist unbeschreiblich schön. Das Haus machte es uns sehr leicht vom deutschen Alltag zu entspannen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden um die ital. Küche auszuprobieren.
Die Marken kann man von dort sehr gut erkunden.
Es machte uns sehr viel Spaß dort zu wohnen. DANKE

Uns hat es bei Ihnen sehr gut gefallen - das ist genau das, was wir seit Jahren mögen. Schön ruhig, tolle Aussicht - zum Rummel am Strand kann man ja immer fahren. Die Strecke nach Porto San Giorgio hat mir übrigens immer Spaß gemacht. Ob zum Strand
oder zu einem unserer vielen Ausflüge (San Marino, Gran Sasso di Italia etc.).Wir jedenfalls können uns sehr gut vorstellen, Bella Vista noch mal zu mieten.
