Our residence has a living space of about 80m², consisting of 3 bedrooms (two twin-beds, one single bed), kitchen with dining room, bathroom and a large balcony. Up to 5 people can be accommodated very comfortably. The apartment is located close to the historical towncenter of Maintal-Hochstadt, which is situated on the eastern outskirts of Frankfurt am Main (5km). Central-Heating, bedclothes, towels / open kitchen (ca. 9m²) with oven and grill, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, all coffee- and tea making facilities, complete dinnerware up to 6 people / Ca. 20m², open to dining room, pull-out-sofa bed, 140cm (2 persons), 2 armchairs, wardrobe / daylight-bathroom 8 m² with shower-/bathtub, toilette, 1 washbasin / bed- / working room ca. 10m² with pull-out-sofa, 1 person, writing table 1 bedroom ca. 16m² with king-size bed 160cm (2 persons), wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 armchairs LCD-TV, DVD/CD-player, Radio-HiFi Stereo / large roofed balcony with garden view.

Frankfurt Maintal-Hochstadt is situated on the eastern outskirts of Frankfurt am Main (5km). The historical roots of this charming village are dating back till 846 a.d. and even today you will find a mediaeval spirit among all the ancient buildings and picturesque streets. An old fortress wall still protects the 'Altstadt' with its homely restaurants and pubs and this atmosphere gives you an impression of our local hospitality. Situated on the 'Hessischen Apfelweinstrasse' (Cider-Route) there are a lot of specialities on the menu featuring the 'Apfelwein' which is produced out of fruits growing in the surrounding open countryside. Wood- and Parklands close by are perfect for taking relaxing walks or bicycle-rides. There are some sport facilities in the neighbourhood: 'Maintalbad' with Sport-Center, Tennis, Squash, Badminton, Fitness-Studio, Indoor and Outdoor-Swimming Pool. Our location is also perfect for Golfers because a lot of famous Golf-Courses are close by (3km-20km).

Wünderschöne, sehr saubere und sehr moderne Ferienwohnung! Wir haben hier ein tolles Wochenende zu viert verbracht. Alle haben in den Betten sehr gut geschlafen. Auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf einen hübschen Garten konnte man die letzten herbstlichen Sonnenstrahlen geniessen. Fürs Frühstücken und Kochen war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Auch in Maintal hatte man Auswahl zum Essen gehen und einen Bäcker um die Ecke, alle Infos dazu übersichtlich in der Ferienwohnung bereit gelegt. Alles in allem: sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen bestimmt wieder:-)

Die Wohnung überzeugt durch ihre Geräumigkeit, den modernen Einrichtungsstil und vor allem durch ihre gute Ausstattung. Die Schlüsselübergabe und die Rückzahlung der Kaution hat hervorragend geklappt.
