Beautiful independent Villa obtained from the careful restoration of an ancient stone farmhouse that sits atop a hill with 360 degree views over the underlying countryside. All Facilities and shops are at 2 km. Siena is at 25 km, Arezzo is at 35 km, while Asciano, the Crete Senesi and the Abbey of Monte Oliveto are 30 minutes away by car. The thermal Spa of Rapolano is a 15 minute drive, and the entrance to the A 1 highway is at 15 km. The medieval hamlet of Cennina, which hosts summer concerts starting from June 28th, is at 2 km. The villa is reached by 1 km of well-kept dirt track and is surrounded by 4.000 meters of garden, bordered by the property. Ground-floor: Entrance, 1 W.C. with washbasin, big kitchen, living room with fire place, dining-room. First floor: 2 living-rooms (1 with fire place), 3 double bed-rooms, 2 twin bedded rooms (1 witch French beds), 3 bath-rooms (2 with shower, 1 with tub). The portico is the ideal place to enjoy one’s meals in the summer heat.

Ambra and Bucine are nice villages with shops, restaurants, post-office, pharmacy, etc. You will reach them within a few minutes by car. There is a large shopping-centre in 15 km. The house is situated in the middle between Siena and Arezzo (each approx. 30 km). To Florence it is 60 km to go. This part of the Chianti-area is called 'Colline Aretine' and it's quite close to the Chianti-Classico with its famous vineyards and the lovely landscape of Chiantishire. There are many small villages to discover - walking, biking or by car. Of course there are close to also most of the famous historical towns, such as Siena, Arezzo, Cortona, San Gimignano, Volterra, Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Florenz, Perugia, Assisi, Pisa and Lucca. You can reach them all between approx. 30 and 90 minutes by car. Lovely is also the 'Val d'Orcia' with numerous small medieval villages and the 'Crete Senese' with the famous Abbey of 'Monte Oliveto Maggiore, it takes you only little time to go there
