Very spacious & bright 4-room apartment on the ground floor with 110 sqm living area in the centre of the old city of the small village of Wedel/western catchment area of the Hanseatic City of Hamburg. The apartment has been completely refurbished & finished in spring 2008. Large live-in kitchen with all necessary equipments, a tasteful living room with a pull-out sofa bed and 3 complete bedrooms as well as a bathroom with shower and separate WC await up to 7 persons who will find enough room here. Close proximity: There are 5 pubs within a distance of 100 m lined up around the market square 'am Roland', catty-corner there is a bakery that is also opened on Sundays. There is a grocery store in a distance of 200 m. City train 1 is located in 500 m distance and carries you directly to the inner city of Hamburg. Opposite the train station there is the shopping street ‘Bahnhofstrasse’ with numerous shops. On the direction there is the Elbe beach with summer bar in ca. 500 m distance.

The small town Wedel is located in the western catchment area of Hamburg, directly at the Elbe river. Wedel with its ca. 32,000 inhabitants offers a direct city train connection to the centre of Hamburg as well as to the airport, all shopping facilities, beach bath at the Elbe River, adventure pool with wellness area, hiking tracks by the Elbe river as well as nature with forests and sand hills in the background.
