If you value spacious living, a lot of terraces, gardens, large windows, a pool, light rooms and good comfort, the elegant Villa Serena is perhaps just perfect for you. It is ideal for up to 8 people, has 3 bathrooms, three bedrooms, a very large living room with a well-equipped kitchen and bar and a studio with another small kitchen that can be used as a living room or another bedroom. The floors are all of white Carrara marble, the bathroom tops of black granite.

The friendly, small harbour city of Porto Maurizio Imperia can be reached quickly. In the village and neighbouring village of San Lorenzo you will find different beaches (sand, pebble - some private, some public). The romantic, legendary olive oil centre Dolcedo is the capitol and has a comprehensive infrastructure (stores, bank, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.). you can reach the city on foot - however, Villa Serena is located on a steep lookout point above the village, this means, you need some fitness to come back up. The three golf courses Garlenda, San Remo and Castellaro are also not far away.
