Villa Persephone (new construction) is located close to the sea in a south-west location with the most beautiful sunsets, the beach is only 10 minutes away on foot, Kalamos can also be reached on foot in only 15 minutes. This villa is a two-story property property in a southenr Pilion style in a massive construction with an earthquake-safe concrete freme and modern insulation, tiled roof in a conventional wooden construction. Ceiling height on the top floor is 3.5 m, lower level 2.5 m. Very appealing architecturally. The villa has a garage, cistern, dry well and pool, 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom on the lower floor, 1 guest WC on the ground floor, living room, open kitchen, utilities room, basement, warm water and open fireplace, pool and outside shower. Living area of 140 m2. All floors have high-quality tiles - the bathrooms too. The house has very beautiful furniture and is modernly equipped. The well-groomed olive grove is about 200m away from Pagastikos (Gulf of Volos).

Kalamos is by Milina, chorton and Lefokastro - one of the most coveted fishing villages on Pagasitokos (Gulf of Volos). It is located on a south-west location with impressive sunsets and is located by the ever quiet sea with all of its possibilities for water sports. Furthermore, Kalamos is only a few minutes drive from Argalasti, the center of South-Pilion. Here you will find all shopping facilities including a weekly market. Kalamos itself has multiple beautiful beaches and a few taverns - so you hardly have to use a car to get around. The water is clear due to the pebble beach and the first meters are very flat, thus great for swimming for small children. Kalamos is popular among families and is not very touristy. If you want to have more action, then drive to neighboring Milina where you will find a whole row of taverns, restaurants and bars. In Kalamos you can spend a quiet, relaxing vacation.
