Large villa with privat pool and sights of Eastern part of the island
Lovely villa situated on a hill with great views of the sea and the city Manacor. There a 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is central heating in all rooms so that the villa can also be rented in winter. On the first floor is the livingroom - diningroom with Satelite TV and chimney. There is also a large kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.. Behind the kitchen there is the laundry room. On the outside there is a large pool (12m x 5m), different terraces and a large garden with grassed surface and trees and flowers. Beautiful view of the sea.
