The villa, once a gardner's house for Begum, is located on the Cape of D'antibes, 5 minute walk to the beautiful beaches of Garoupe, 10 minutes to the beaches of Juan Les Pins, near Cannes and the Promenade Des Anglaises in Nice, by the center of Antibes with its famous market hall where you can get fresh vegetables, fruit, cheese, flowers, etc. with a lot of restaurants and stores. The vacation home offers daily services (cleaning, changing sheets). There are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (160 and 140 wide), 2 bathrooms, a large living room with fireplace, patios in front of the living room and on the roof, a kitchen, Satellite TV and internet connection present. The Mediterranean garden (1000 m2) with a pool (17 x 3 m) has wonderful sunny and shaded areas.

Cannes and Nice, Vence, St. Paul de Vence, Grasse, Monaco are all easy to reach. Antibes, with its romantic old city, is easy to reach and is located at the foot of the Cape D'Antibes.
