Large house with a stunning view of the sea
The house is located above the stunning small bay Cala Salada. The south-west direction provides a fntastic view of the sea, small islands and the best sunsets. The 1800 m2 property is surrounded by pine trees from behind and is bordered with a wall. The rooms are separated among three levels and offer enough space for multiple people. On the lower level, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. On the second floor are 2 bedrooms, each with a bathroom, kitchen, living room and a dining corner. Outside you will find a pool, a bali house with a refrigerator, grill and multiple covered and open patios. On the third floor you will find more patios, partially covered and a large living room with satellite TV and video. The rooms have ceiling fans and central heating. During the summer, a comfortable sea breeze flows through the house due to its elevated location.

The small bay of Cala Salada is located far from the tourist centers and is usually only visited by locals. The two small beaches are bordered by cliffs with pine trees. Nearby you will find forested mountains that offer ample hikes. Towards the north, the coast is partly made of cliffs and surrounded by a stunning mountain landscape with forests. Towards the south, the city of Sant Antonio is located 3.5 km away and has a rich offering of entertainment possibilities including boat trips, ferries to Formentera, countless restaurants, a few discos and the famous Cafe del Mar. Along the large bay you will find a very beautiful promenade leading to the marina, past a lot of restaurants and cafes and further to the next bay. Altogether, the location of the house is an ideal starting point for a diverse vacation.
