Our house is located on a peaceful dead-end street, only 1000m from the sea in a softly hilly location. The property is nearly secluded and designed as a Mediterranean garden. The property is about 1100 m² and enclosed with natural stone walls. Palm, lemon, apple and orange trees form the image of this area. Around the Casa you will find a few cosy places to unwind. All with a fantastic view of the Bay of Calpe with the dominating mountain Penjoy de Ifach or the Bernia mountain in the back country. The house is completely equipped, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, guest WC, outdoor shower and toilet by the pool, large BBQ area, indoor and outdoor kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, TV-SAT in the living room and in the 2 bedrooms, a/c in 2 bedrooms and in the living room/dining room. Carport for 2 cars. We do not want people to smoke in the house, pets are not welcome.

The holiday home is located in a small settlement with the name of La Canuta de Ifach. Everybody will find what they want here. The nearby bay with a beach invites you to swim and sunbathe, tennis courts are no more than 1000 metres away. Golfers are surely impressed by the scenic, beautiful 9 and 18 hole courses nearby. Water sports of all types can be done in Altea, Denia, Calpe or Benidorm. Divers will find a base at the small harbour Porto Blanco only about 1000 m from the house. The impressive mountain panorama of the Bernia is right behind the house and certainly does not make mountain hikers bored, you can go on countless beautiful routes. And those who like hectic can drive to Benidorm to the Benidorm Palace or can go to the Terramitica amusement park. You can go shopping in Calpe or Altea or Benidorm, not far away and you can really get everything here.
