This linked villa is situated in a beautiful urbanisation, 400 m from the beach and about 800 m from the town centre. It has a construction size of 90 sqm and a 22 sqm private garden. It comprises 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed, 1 with 2 single beds), 2 baths (1 with shower, 1 with tub), semi-open kitchen with store room and laundry room, large living room and 2 terraces (west facing). 2 bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning (hot-cold). There is a large communal pool and garden area as well as a covered parking place in front of the villa, inside the urbanisation. Restaurants, bars, supermarket, bus stop within 500 m.
