Vacation or business trip - Landhaus Kaiser in southern Berlin is perfect for you and it is by Potsdam. We have been recently informed (Jan. '09) by 'Holiday Rentals' that our country house 'Landhaus Kaiser' is the most attractive and favoured one in the area around Berlin and Brandenburg. The depot was lovely restored in 2007/2008 and the exclusive vacation apartments were furnished in a modern country house style. A beautiful alley with old trees leads from the restored servants and stall buildings from 1815 on the edge of the village with its church to Lake Rangsdorf (about 150 m). The small beach has a lawn and the lake residence 'Seebad-Casino' has a lake patio, restaurant and a few sport/wellness offers by the lake and invites you to come relax at any time and will make your vacation an unforgettable experience. You will like the clear, sunny rooms and they will also take away some of the stress from every day life.

The top floor studio is made up of a dining and living area, two bedrooms (about 25 m2 and 10 m2), a large bathroom and there is a surface area of about 95 m2. The clear, sunny, high rooms are impressive and will please you - ideal for 4 people with a small child. The exclusive furniture is from well-known manufacturers (for example Eichholtz, Schubert Varia) and in an exclusive, modern country house style. The bedrooms are located in the back area of the top floor studio and have hand-made beds and a make up table. A handmade kitchenette (for example ceramic stove top, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc.) is very well equipped and a large dining table for 6 people invites you to eat and drink. The timeless, high-quality bathroom objects are from Duravit and Steinberg. Digital TV/radio and internet access DSL (WLAN) are present.

Landhaus Kaiser is located about 10 km south of Berlin and 28 km from Potsdam. Due to the 1st class location, you are only about 35 minutes from Potzdamer Platz/Reichstag/Brandenburg Gate with a Rangsdorf regional train connection or a 15 minute drive from the Schönefeld airport with the A10. You can visit Berlin, Potsdam, Dresden or go sailing on the 'Scharmützelsee'. All around Lake Rangsdorf are hiking paths that offer ideal relaxation possibilities. The golf course 'Gross Kienitz' is only about 6 km away and is one of Germany's best courses. The golf and country club Motzen is located about 15 km away. You can discover the Brandenburg scenery with a bike or roller skates on the Fläming-Skate with about 200 km of trails. Dreamy villages, antique stone churches and historic mills border the paths.

Anfang November 2008 haben wir mit unseren zwei Kindern für einige Tage das besondere und das schöne Ambiente der Ferienwohnung in Rangsdorf kennenlernen dürfen. So wohl haben wir uns schon lange nicht mehr in einer Ferienwohnung gefühlt! Unbedingt erwähnen muss man auch die überaus netten Vermieter, die uns durch ihre Hilfsbereitschaft ebenfalls sehr unterstützt haben. Vielen Dank noch einmal und bis zum nächsten Mal!

Sehr geschmackvolle Ferienwohnung etwas außerhalb von Berlin. So etwas findet man sonst nicht in oder rund um Berlin. Wir haben sehr schöne Tage dort verbracht und werden das sicherlich gerne wiederholen. Besten Dank den netten Vermietern!
