It is an exclusive, isolated building with wonderful view from 2 large terraces and balcony to the sea. The living space is about 100 m². Parking space is in front of the house. It contains a large living-room with dinette, digital DVB-Sat-TV, DVD-player, Hi-Fi-System. 3 bedrooms, one in the first floor with a large balcony with sea view, another in the second. There is a shower on every floor and a toilet with mirror cabinet. There is a large kitchen with a comfortable dinette, electric kitchen stove with oven, external fume cupboard, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, rotary clothes drier in the garden- completely appointed. 2 terraces in all: one in front of the house on the south side, one in the north with shadow spent by the balcony. There is also garden furniture and electric barbecue. The garden area is about 600 m² and a free swimming pool nearby. Only 10 minutes to the wonderful sandy beach.
