The air conditioned vacation home is located in Duce Rogac, 3 km west of the small port city of Omis, 20km SW of the port city Split in central Dalmatia. The vacation area is famous for its kilometre-long sandy beaches. Ideal swimming fun for the whole family. Especially children will feel comfortable here. The vacation home is only 80 m from the beach and is located in a quiet location. Nearby you will find numerous restaurants, beach bars, cafes and supermarkets. These are only a few minutes walk away. There is also enough for athletic guests. Among activities being offered: fishing, swimming, mountain biking, sailing, surfing, diving, hiking, water skiing, jogging, mountain climbing, white water rafting and a lot more.

The small town of Duce is one of the 20 small localities surrounding the small city of Omis. During the 60s and 70s, a lot of vacation homes were built in Duce - they are especially goof for family vacations. Thanks to the connections to the back country (Zagora), the city has a good selection of local foods. Duce is a small city well known for its beautiful and long sandy beaches. It is perfect for children or people who cannot swim, because the water does not get deep quickly. Also, you do not have to wear any sandals, because there are almost no stones in the water. Nearby the beach you will find numerous cafes for a little snack or a cool refreshment. Sports, excursions and amusement activities can be found directly on the beach.

Wir waren zu viert knapp zwei Wochen zu Gast in der größeren der Wohnungen. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, sauber und hat einen tollen Balkon. Die Küche ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Aber kochen mussten wir gar nicht erst, da in der Nähe sehr gute Restaurants sind. Frische Brötchen und Wurst zum Frühstück waren auch kein Problem, da jede Menge Bäcker und kleine Supermärkte in der Nähe sind.
Zum Meer sind es keine 3 min zu Fuß. Der Sandstrand ist schön, sauber und mit jeder Menge Strandbars ausgestattet.
Von Duce aus kann man jede Menge Ausflüge nach Splitt, Dubrovnik usw. unternehmen. Die Vermieter wohnen auch im Haus, sprechen deutsch, sind super nett, hilfsbereit und hatten uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Abendessen gegeben. Als ich einmal krank wurde, haben sie mir auch sprachlich weiterhelfen können.

Fazit: Es war für uns ein wunderschöner Urlaub, den wir auf jedem Fall wieder holen werden. Ich kann die Wohnung und auch den Ort wärmstens empfehlen.

Ich meine Frau und meine Tochter waren mitte Juli für 2 wochen bei dieser tollen Wohnung zu Gast .
Wir waren einfach begeistert von dem Haus , die Wohnung ist Super geschnitten , Küche komplett mit alles ,Klima , Die Terrasse ist Riesig und das Panorama beim aufstehen direkt aufs Meer (Super) .Zum Meer sind es ca. 3 Min. Fussweg , Sauberer Strand , Blaues Wasser (man Kann sogar Fische sehen) unsere Tochter (9 jahre) war den Ganzen Tag am Schnorcheln und Tauchen.Die Temperatur war immer ca. 32 Grad und immer von einer frischen Brise inspiriert.Das Wasser war immer angenehm mit ca. 25-27 grad.Überall sind kleine Bars zum Kaffe trinken , Imbiss ecc...
Der Ort Duce ist einfach Traumhaft die Menschen sehr Nett und Hilfsbereit nur wenige Minuten entfernt kann man nach Omis da ist ein groser Supermarkt und weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten Altstadt , Restaurant , Souvenirshops , Rafting , Climbing , Bootfahren , Wasserski alles was das Herz begehrt.Alles zu moderaten preisen.
Nun zurück zur Wohnung ; Die Vermieter wohnten auch im Haus und sind sehr sehr Nette Menschen , Hilfsbereit , Kinderlieb und Sprechen sehr gut Deutsch.Haben sich vom ersten Tag an um uns gekümmert alles war immer sehr Sauber und Ordentlich.Bessere Vermieter kann man sich gar nicht wünschen.

Mein Fazit:
Wer einen wirklich schönen Urlaub machen möchte der muss nach Duce egal ob entspannung oder Abenteuer Duce hat alles zu bieten.
Wer eine wunderschöne Wohnung sucht der ist hier genau Richtig.

Eines ist klar : Wir kommen wieder her ,gleiche Wohnung ,gleicher Ort- bis bald !!!

Zweckmäßige und große Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Schöne ruhige Lage mit kurzen Wegen zu Strand/Restaurants etc. Sehr nette Vermieter. Wegen des sanft abfallenden Sandstrandes auch für kleinere Kinder sehr zu empfehlen.

Diese Fewo ist nur weiterzuempfehlen, Erholung garantiert!
Zum sauberen Strand mit einem super Wasser ist man in weniger als 5 Minuten gelaufen. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig. Der Blick von der riesigen Terrasse in der oberen Wohnung einmalig schön. Die sehr schöne Landschaft hat für Ausflüge genügend zu bieten.
Weiterhin ist die Wohnung gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber!
Wir haben schöne zwei Wochen in der Wohnung verbracht und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen.
