wir sind eine Gruppe von 3 Familien und schätzen an diesem Haus das wirklich großzügige Raumangebot und vor allem die absolut alleinstehende Ruhelage "mitten auf dem Berg".....kein Stress mit Nachbarn wegen lautem Feiern, Kinderlärm oder ähnlichem.
Die Zufahrt mit dem Auto ist auch im Winter problemlos möglich, somit auch kein Thema.
Ach ja, die Krönung ist natürlich die hauseigene Sauna! ....und im Winter nachher abkühlen im Schnee - weil wie gesagt, kein Nachbar weit und breit, der sich dadurch gestört fühlen könnte!
Ein Haus dieser Größe und in dieser Ruhelage gibt es wirklich nicht oft - und vor allem ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wirklich schwer in Ordnung! ....und bleibt hoffentlich auch so! deshalb Top-Punkteanzahl!
