This cosy holiday house with modern comfort is ideally located - only approx. 1200 m from the local centre of Schruns away and in direct proximity to the ski elevator Zamangbahn, which will bring you into the family ski area ‘Hoch Joch’. Also only a few meters to the bus station, cross country skiing and to a small grocery, where you will get fresh rolls and more for the breakfast. In a few minutes you will reach the tennis hall & courts, Alpenbath Montafon with Active Park for the children (free animation), a mini-golf court, a golf court, good restaurants, cafe's, pub's and bar's and you also can go shopping. Equipment: 1 dish washer, microwave, in both apartments you will find: toaster, water digester, coffee machine, radio bell, SAT-TV, Play station / X-Box 360, hair dryer, game boards, books, two mountain bikes, you can place your skier or a buggy, cradle, baby chair. Also there are enough bed linen, towels and others available.
