Are you looking for something special? Maybe that is something for you: The luxury holiday villa with private pool was completed in 2007. It is situated on a hillside, about 120 m above the sea level, with gorgeous views to the Mediterranean sea and the mountain chain of the adjacent back-country. Under the house, there is a large plantation of orange trees. The hidden terrace and pool and the views are unique. The Villa is modern and individually furnished and contains 2 levels: ground floor and basement. On the ground floor is the living room, the outdoor area and its covered terrace (Porche) leading to the pool terrace (80 m²). The lighted pool in kidney form (about 32 m²) is integrated in the terrace. At the border area of the terrace, there are outdoor showers and kitchen with 2 electric hob and a build-in barbecue (BBQ).

The Villa is located in the city of Monte Pego, a well kept area for villas on hillside with a ground of 1000 m². It is 4 km from Pego and 12 km from the small town Denia which offers a lot of touristic attractions like fishing/ ferry habour (to Ibiza and Majorca) and a large sport boat habour in summer time. - In the city, there are 3 restaurants and 2 tennis courts. In 5 or 10 km there are 2 golf courses. All shopping facilities. In a circle of 4 km - about 5 km of the house there is a large, well kept sandy beach, that is watched during the season (Northern Region of Denia); and in about 10 km there are large natural dunes at the Oliva's beach (at 5 km); Southern of Denia: rocky coast with diving possibilities.Excursions/hiking on nature trails in the hilly back-country with stunning views are recommended. At a km of the city, the Safari park Costa Blanca, in Benidorm (about 40 km), the amusement park Terra Mitica and water park Aqualandia.

Ein gepflegtes Haus mt schöner Terrasse und traumhafter Aussicht.
Auch die Gegend ist einfach nur wunderschön.
Es hat wirklich alles geklappt, und vor allem: es war alles so wie beschrieben.
