Both of the villas were completed in 2008 and offer the perfect vacation residence during any season. Spend quiet days in private by the pool, enjoy the stunning view of the illuminated coast during the vening and drive to the nearby beach for swimming or take excursions to the many attractions. During the winter you can escape bad weather and enjoy the stunning climate of the Costa del Sol and sit in front of the cozy fireplace at night. Two large separate properties (each 3500 m2) offer privacy and tranquility. The houses have their own pool with a patio and offer a breathtaking view of the sea and the mountains. The furnishing in the villas is light, modern and friendly. 95 m2 living space with living/dining room w/fireplace, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Typical restaurants are found nearby in the white villages or on the coast. Large recreational options like golf, horseback riding, activities for children - all nearby.

Both of the villas were recently finished and both offer the same high standards and comfort. Each house has its own large property that provides for privacy. Both of the villas together offer the perfect option for spending a vacation together and still having peace and quiet for large families or family friends. The 95 m2 living space has lovely, friendly, tasteful furnishing. An open living area with a living room (2 couches, fireplace) and a dining room with 5 chairs. The open kitchen has the best equipment. Two cozy bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two beds and two bathrooms, one with a tub and shower, one with a shower. Garden furniture, sun chairs and grill on the patio.

The houses are located between the white villages of Arenas and Algarrobo, about 30 km east of Malaga and 20 km west of Nerja. The villages have preserved their originality and charm and especially in nearby Algarrobo, you will find a lot of small restaurants with food typical for this region. From the coast to the house is about 6 km, 4km of which are over a unsecured steep path. The view is worth it! The location of the house offers you the possibility to discover Costa del Sol and the charming back country. The coastal cities Malaga to Marbella and Nerja, the beaches Costa del Sol or the small hidden bays around Nerja. The back country: Granada with the famous Alhambra, the white villages like Sayalonga, Frigilana, the mountain villages Alpujara, this is where Serano ham comes from, the famous city Ronda. Sports: numerous golf courses nearby, hiking in the mountains, horseback riding or simply being lazy by the house's pool.

    The houses are located, as described, in the mountains, from the village of Algarrobo, a 4 km, partly unfortified, steep path leads to the house. We would be happy to accompany you so that you do not have any problems finding it.
    From Monday - Friday, 10:00 - 19:00 without additional costs. Outside of the mentioned times, we charge 40 EUR for this service.

Golf: Costa del Sol is not named Costa del Golf for no good reason - the best golf courses border each other here! Only 6 km from Casa Lantana is Baviera Golf - Velez-Malaga. 18 holes / Par 72. Baviera golf belongs to the numerous Andalusian courses where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains while playing. José Maria Canizares created a course that is valued by beginners and experts and professionals alike. The same course that is known for its wide greens with a lot of movement and the large number of obstacles. Furthermore, it has a lot of tee-offs and has an ideal design for all handicaps. Only 15 km away is Anoreta Golf - Rincon de la Victoria. 18 holes / Par 72 Water is the typical characteristic of this course from José Maria Canizares. The 17th hole is surrounded by water on three sides. However, other holes are also very spectacular. Here you can enjoy being on the third hole with a wonderful view of the sea without having to fight against water obstacles at the same time.

Wir wohnten 14 Tage in der Finca Latana I. Ein gemütliches und vollständig ausgestattetes Haus mit sehr schönem Ausblick auf das Meer.
Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht, gerne auf kurvigen Straßen Auto fährt, der ist hier gut untergebracht.

Leider fehlte in dem Haus eine Klimaanlage, so dass sich das Haus bei der hohen Außentemperatur im Juli stark aufheizte. Die Handtücher wurden nicht, wie versprochen, nach 7 Tagen gewechselt, die Waschmaschine wusch nur, sie schleuderte nicht. Sonst war aber alles gepflegt und ordentlich.
