Lage und Ausblick der Wohnung genial. Sehr gepfelgtes Haus.
Der Zustand der Wohnung laesst sehr zu Wuenschen uebrig. Sauberkeit und ein bisschen Gemuetlichkeit waeren bestimmt nicht schlecht. Was den Ausblick aus dem Bett betrifft der ist super, aber der Rest............
Man hat Probleme ueberhaupt in das Bett hineinzukommen und auch die Gefahr herauszufallen ist nicht gerade gering.
Allein ist es ganz o.k., aber zu zweit kann man es nicht empfehlen. Besteck sollte wohl auch mal erneuert werden. Waere alles nicht so schmuddelig gewesen haetten wir uns bestimmt ein wenig wohler gefuehlt.
Owner's Response: WEITE STATT WOLKENSTORES Wir möchten nochmals ausdrücklich darauf hinweisen, daß unsere Wohnung ein spezielles Ambiente bietet, das für Mieter die Teppichböden und Plüsch gewohnt sind ungeeignet ist !
Die Sichtbetonwände und bewußt minimalistische Einrichtung werden von solchen Mietern möglicherweise, wie in diesem Fall,
als ungemütlich oder sogar schmuddelig empfunden.
Selbstverständlich wird die Wohnung vor jeder Vermietung grundgereinigt. Eine gewisse Staubbelastung läßt sich durch die Hafenlage nicht vermeiden.
Wir empfehlen die Wohnung nur Mietern die speziell dieses
außergewöhnliche Ambiente zu schätzen wissen.

Ein Blick aus dem Fenster und das Hamburg-Feeling ist schon da!
Diese Wohnung war ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für unsere Sommertage in Hamburg.

Ja, das Bett ist hoch, aber bei diesem Ausblick hätten wir es nicht tiefer haben wollen! Sehr geschätzt haben wir auch die Infos und Bücher über Hamburg.
Tolle Wohnung, wir haben sie schon vielen Freunden empfohlen.

Die Wohnung ist toll!!!

die Ausstattung ist gut, es ist alles da, was man benötigt

Ausblick - phänomenal, vor allem aus dem Bett, egal, ob am Morgen oder in der Nacht

Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr nett

wir werden beim nächsten Hamburgurlaub wieder versuchen, diese Wohnung zu mieten

Für Aufenthalt ohne Auto wie geschaffen.

Die Wohnung ist exakt wie beschrieben ... und sie ist toll!!!

Ausstattung (Geräte, Geschirr) gut
Bett - phantastisch und sehr bequem
allgemeiner Zustand der Wohnung - super
Ausblick - phänomenal

Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr nett und Übergabe total easy

Wohnung wurde bereits weiterempfohlen und für meinen nächsten Aufenthalt in Hamburg hoffe ich, dass sie frei ist.

Sie liegt auch sehr zentral - zum Fischmarkt 5 Minuten, zu den Landungsbrücken ca. 20 Minuten (jeweils gemütlich zu Fuß)
