Costa Calma is located on a long sandy beach. Year-round you can undertake many of the described sporting activities with the constant climate (about 22 degrees Celsius). It is about 800 m to the fine-sand beach of Costa Calma (a 10 minute walk). The way there is very accessible. All shopping facilities and restaurants and car rentals are all within a few minute's walk.

Additional information about rental rates

  • 25% pre-payment upon booking via bank transfer. Rest of the sum to be paid four weeks before arrival via bank transfer. For long term rentals, a 10% discount starting with four weeks. There is also a fee of EURO 80 for final cleaning. Included in the price are weekly cleaning with a change of bed sheets, towels and shower mats and dishrags. These materials will be changed for a stay of more than seven days. You can have a cleaning service more often for a fee and upon prior arrangements.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet.

Die Lage ist sehr schlecht. Der Blick vom Balkon, Dächer und Sat.Antennen. Außerdem eine kleine Straße davor.
