Pool area and garden: The property is on a slight incline. You can get to the pool through a main patio. It is located one level lower and is tiled with white mosaics, 14 m long and good for swimming long lanes. And deep enough so that you can jump in head-first without being at danger. It gradually becomes deeper, thus, you can comfortably stand on one side and play water ball, etc... The stairs in the pool also function as seats in the water. Around the pool on the well kept grass you will find umbrellas and lawn chairs in white (from Gandia Blasca, the outfitter for the Americas Cup in Valencia), furthermore, there is a bed covered by white sail material for chilling. From the pool area, you can see as far as Formentera. The garden is Mediterranean with palm trees, lemon and olive trees, blooming bushes in pink and purple and offers a lot of space to play. Once a week, the English pool boy comes, the Filipinos take care of the garden. The entire area is very peaceful. The ideal location for relaxing.
Security & technology: The house is secured with an alarm system that is combined with security service and a direct line to the police. Every guest gets their own code. In the house you will find w-lan and telephone. A fee of € 50 is charged for this - all call are included. International calls are charged extra. All devices like the refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, oven, etc. are from well-known companies like Smeg, Miele and AEG and new. However, if there is a problem, tell the manager and they will take care of it. The house driveway is electric, each guest gets a remote with the keys. In the house you will find a large flat-screen television with international programs, DVD-player, receiver.
Design: The villa is not for people that want over-filled rooms. A lot of 'chi-chi' was consciously avoided. The concepts are clear lines, good materials, a lot of handwork. The house is clear, but still not uncomfortable. The rooms are big, everything is open, you can look outside from everywhere. In the living room, there are no drapes so that nothing gets in the way of the view through the seven meter high windows.
