A holiday/vacation on a white sandy beach! This apartment has a glazed terrace which opens for sun-bathing. It has recently been modernised. There’s an open-plan kitchen with dishwasher and ceramic hob, oven, microwave etc. The bathroom includes a bath. There is also a washing machine. The apartment is air conditioned. The apartment is on the 3rd floor. There is a lift. There are good, inexpensive restaurants in-house and nearby. A walk on the promenade takes you into the pleasant town centre and all the shops. The fishing harbour is also nearby. On Saturday you can reach the market on foot. Also the romantic old town of Calpe. The Culture Centre with its summer concerts is also reachable on foot. In summer, the fireworks are lit on the beach and you’ll see them just above the sea. The front door leads you directly to the water. Its location makes this house unique.

Calpe is situated directly on the coast with a view of Penion de Ifach, surrounded on two sides by white sandy beaches. Well-kept promenades with cafes, inexpensive restaurants and little boutiques are all around. Every water sport is available. Calpe has a fishing and yacht harbour where fishermen bring in their catch in the evening. You can stroll around the old town in the evening. Behind Calpe there are mountains for walking. There are many long-term holiday-makers here because you can sunbathe on some days and enjoy the walking and mountain tours. Many restaurants stay open during the winter.
