Very generous and light apartment with wooden and carpet floor. Sitting room with cosy couch and easy chairs, large flat SAT-TV, DVD and radio. South balcony offering a wonderful vista over the Mohrenplatz to the Wetterstein mountain range. Modern kitchen line including baking oven, micro wave, dish washer, coffee machine and eating bar. Sleeping room with double bed. Bathroom with tub, shower cabin and wash basin. Separate WC. Sleeping room with double bed and sleeping couch giving access to the bathroom with large shower cabin, wash basin and WC. Spacious hallway that can be used for storing. Central heating in operation all year. This holiday apartment includes the whole attic floor of a restaurant and special food market building located at Mohrenplatz and was built in 2007. It is a central sunny location amidst the pedestrians zone of Garmisch. The Kurpark, Congess Center, many shopping facilities and the town bus station are within a short walking distance.
